My name is Rachel Perkins and I am an Indigenous mentor, coach, and consultant. I am the descendant of both the Ross and the Ogden families, which gives me a unique insight into the Métis history of Fort Victoria and surrounding areas. As a Métis woman with Anishinaabe, Cree, and Salish grandmothers, I bring a unique lens to decolonization, relationship building, and creating inclusive, respectful spaces.

I have over 20 years of expertise working with federal, provincial, and Indigenous governments, as well as crown corporations, and Indigenous non-profits. From entrepreneurship  and skills training programs for women and youth, to Indigenous language revitalization for First Nations throughout BC, I look forward to continuing the good work towards reconciliation, revitalization, and socio-economic equity for all.

Please have a look through the services I offer through the menu items up top. As this website is still a work in progress, you can also email me at rachel@sisigwadconsulting.com if you’d like to connect and discuss options and ideas.
